Elite Skills Training Program

The ELITE program is a specialised training initiative tailored for young athletes aspiring to compete at the highest level or just starting out in rugby league.

This program focuses on enhancing specific skills tailored to each player’s unique position. Typically structured as a 6 week program with 1 or 2 sessions per week for 1 hour per session, ELITE training program provides targeted development to help players excel.
